Located inside Orchard Corners just west of KU main campus, our little yoga studio is a place to call home. We've been bringing the heat since 2018, and continue to offer a friendly, open atmosphere to grow and learn together. We are proud to have amazing teachers from different lineages and backgrounds who bring their best to every class. Yoga is a practice that doesn't end when we leave the mat. At YBY we encourage everyone to be in action for what they want to have happen through the values of connection, contribution, integrity, possibility and playfulness. We celebrate ALL bodies and ALL walks of life because we ALL matter. YOU MATTER.
